Afterparty Vendor Information
All afterparty vendors must receive prior approval and instruction from the Market Manager. The Afterparty traders (including food vendors) will run from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Pack-down and derigging can begin after 10:00 PM.
All traders and vendors are expected to trade until the end of the event, unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Market Manager. If early pack-down is approved, the Market Manager will coordinate with you and the Site Manager to ensure the safe exit of your stall and equipment.
Equipment
Vendors are encouraged to bring their own gazebos/tables/coverings. The Market Manager will discuss your needs upon confirming your place to trade. Please make sure your products and display units are weighted and prepared appropriately for all weathers.
Vehicles and parking
Vehicles will be able to access the Queer Village between 8-9.30am. All vehicles must be off site by 9.30am when the space becomes open to the public again. Vehicles are not allowed into the Queer Village unless permitted by Dover Pride and/or the Site or Market Manager. You will be able to drop off equipment by the entrance, accessible via Ladywell. There is no parking on site. Please check here to find parking for the day. https://www.dover.gov.uk/Transport,-Streets--Parking/Parking/Car-Parks-in-Dover.aspx
Electricity, Water & Gas - Queer Village Site Only
There is no water, electricity or gas services on site. Please arrange to bring your own generators if you need power to run your stall in the Queer Village, as we are unable to provide these services.
WiFi & Card Payments
We are unable to offer WiFi services for card payments. Payment machines may be temperamental at busy periods, so we advise that vendors bring a cash float.
Pitch Allocations
All vendors will be allocated fair pitch spaces by the Market Manager. You will be told where to locate your pitch space upon arrival. If you require a specific pitch, please contact the Market Manager to discuss your needs. Please note that we are introducing the Maison Dieu for vendors this year, where general goods traders will be situated. Food and drinks day vendors will only be permitted in the Queer Village due to rules within the Maison Dieu.

Pitch and Site Clean-Up Policy
Traders are expected to leave their pitch clean, tidy, and in the same condition as it was at the start of the day. All traders are responsible for removing their own waste and any excess stock at the end of the event, and are encouraged to recycle where possible. Any waste, stock, or materials left behind will result in a cleaning fee of £500, charged to the responsible trader to cover the cost of restoring the pitch.
Allergies
Please clearly list any allergens in your products to signpost customers and to avoid allergic reactions from event participants.
Sustainability
We encourage our vendors to limit the use of single-use plastic and use alternatives wherever it is possible.
Emergencies
If you encounter an emergency at your pitch, please notify the closest member of the Dover Pride Team, a Volunteer or Security. In the case of a bigger emergency, please stay at your stall, make it as safe as possible and await instructions from Dover Pride staff or Security.
Attendance
Traders are required to remain in situ for the entirety of the event unless granted explicit permission by the Market or Site Manager. Departure prior to the event's conclusion will result in forfeiture of any refund and potential revocation of trading arrangements with our organisation in future events.
